That’s why we’re excited to introduce a brand-new feature to our self-serve bays: Count Up Mode!
What is Count Up Mode?
Instead of buying a fixed block of time that counts down to zero, Count Up mode lets you take as much—or as little—time as you need without any sudden interruptions.
When you start your wash with a credit card, the timer counts up to track the exact time you use. No more rushing, no more frantically adding extra time, and no more getting sprayed with water while you try to restart the machine! You get total control over your wash from start to finish.
How It Works in 3 Easy Steps:
Swipe or Tape Your Credit Card: Insert or swipe your card at the bay box to get started. The machine will activate, and the timer will begin counting up.
Wash at Your Own Pace: Take your time soaking, scrubbing, and rinsing. Use whatever cycles you need without worrying about the machine shutting off mid-soak.
Press STOP When You’re Done: This is the most important step! Once your vehicle is sparkling clean, simply hit the STOP button on the credit card reader to end your session.
Don't Forget to Hit "STOP"! 🛑
Because the timer is counting up based on your active session, it won't turn off on its own until you press the STOP button on the reader.
To make sure you’re only charged for the time you actually used, just make it a habit: Wash, Rinse, Hit STOP! Our timers do time out at 15 minutes as a safety measure.
